Toluwalola Ogungbile (who often prefers to be called EriOye) is a writer, content strategist, and mentor who cares deeply about helping young people find their footing, discover their strengths, and become more confident in what they have to offer.

Through her work in writing, content creation, and digital communications, she has worked with brands and individuals to turn ideas into clear, engaging stories that connect with people. Her experience spans copywriting, social media, brand storytelling, editorial writing, and content strategy.

Beyond her career, Toluwalola is passionate about young people and the possibilities that open up when they have access to the right guidance, knowledge, and opportunities. She believes education should not stop at the walls of a university, and that students and young professionals need more than academic qualifications to thrive. They need to understand themselves, develop useful skills, learn how to communicate, and have the confidence to pursue opportunities even when they do not have everything figured out.

As a mentor with Straight Talk with Undergraduates Foundation, she hopes to contribute to creating the kind of environment where young people can ask questions, learn from real experiences, make better decisions, and grow into people who are equipped to make meaningful contributions wherever they find themselves.
