Mentorship Programme

1-on-1 mentorship matching Fellows with mentors for real, ongoing guidance — not a single conversation.

Mentorship sits at the centre of nearly everything STWU does. Rather than a one-off chat, Fellows are matched with a mentor for ongoing, real support — someone to bring questions to, get honest feedback from, and be held accountable by.

What mentorship with STWU looks like

  • A private chat with your matched mentor
  • Tasks, notes and encouragement from your mentor as you progress
  • Access to courses, tests and resources your mentor may create specifically for their Fellows
  • Scheduled check-in meetings

Mentors are reviewed and approved by our team before being matched with any Fellow, and every match itself is also approved by our team — this is a supported relationship, not an unmoderated pairing.

Fellows accepted into the Freshers Fellowship or Graduate Circle can request a mentor from their dashboard once approved.
